In this series of images I start with questioning the meaning of the word storage. Within this, implications and complications arise. How are words given meaning? How do language and communication work to create value? How is this value interpreted different within a personal sphere as opposed to a collective one? What does this interpretation entail? Then I end up with both an introspective exploration of my personal process of perception and worldview but also an attempt at finding what are constructed truths and realities among large groups of people. A semantic and epistemological exploration.
Photography works as storage of memories for later use, for remembering, for selecting.
